Our Privacy Policy

Premier Go Program Privacy Policy

Whether you are a student, teacher, or parent, your privacy is very important to us! We are also extremely sensitive to concerns about children's online safety and the collection of their personal information. Because of this we recommend that all students, regardless of age, talk to their parents before submitting any personal information.

In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), Premier will not knowingly or directly ask any student for personal information. However, through Premier's online assessment tools, available only to client schools, teachers and school administrators are able to create personalized school accounts into which they can add the names of students in their school, giving them access to the school's online Premier account.

Upon the school's registration of their students, Premier will assign each person a unique user name and password, and ask students to create a personal profile, which will be used to maintain individual account records. The school is responsible for the disclosure, communication and management of the data in their account, including all personal information collected.

Information collected:

When students set up a personalized online Premier account with their school they are asked to provide the following information:

  • first and last name
  • grade
  • age
  • gender
  • e-mail address
Premier uses this information to help teachers and school administrators create and maintain separate account records for each child, track grades in the online grade book, and filter the results of the online surveys. Premier will not share any personal information with a third party.

Parental rights:

Parents have the right to review any personally identifiable information collected from their child; request that the personally identifiable information of their child be deleted; and/or refuse to allow any further collection or use of their child's personally identifiable information.

To review or request the removal of any information collected from their child, parents may contact their child's school, or contact Premier directly.

This policy will explain Premier's online information practices, and the way we may collect and use information. Please read this policy carefully before accessing any part of this website.
